Ivan Lazic
Founder · Chief Engineer
Ivan brings 25 years of experience at sea, including engineering roles aboard Dubai, Rabdan and Quantum Blue. His knowledge spans engines and generators, cranes and the wider technical systems that keep a yacht operating.
He leads each client relationship, turning detailed equipment knowledge into maintenance priorities, technical guidance and a clearer view of future work. Owners and captains gain a senior technical sounding board who can connect the onboard picture to the decision ashore.

Michele Viezzoli
Chief Engineer · Unlimited
Michele brings more than 25 years of marine engineering experience, with Chief Engineer roles aboard Bon Vivant, A, Invictus, Joy and Quattroelle. His work spans machinery, electrical systems, AV/IT and planned maintenance.
From Joy’s construction and commissioning to major yard periods, he has managed work specifications, suppliers, budgets and warranty matters. That experience helps clients connect a technical finding to a workable scope, spending priority and follow-through.

Liam David Nicoll
Electrical and Mechanical Engineer
Liam has 16 years of maritime experience, including eight years aboard yachts over 100 metres. He holds ETO III/6 Unlimited and EOOW III/1 Unlimited qualifications.
His refit, dry-dock and major electrical upgrade experience brings specialist scrutiny to power, control and electrical systems. For the client, this means a clearer view of faults, upgrade requirements and questions to resolve before committing to work.

Mirko Lisica
Marine Engineer · Class 1 Unlimited
Mirko brings 33 years in the maritime industry, progressing from Engineer Cadet to Chief Engineer aboard vessels from 110 to 330 metres. His yacht experience includes Nord, Al Raya and Radiant.
Mirko coordinated Nord’s five-year class survey and has worked through new-build installation, commissioning and major dry docks. His experience across machinery, hydraulics and hotel systems helps clients prepare yard work, question incomplete proposals and assess how systems perform together.
